The inspection will begin on the outside of the house, where I will observe all exterior elements of the home. Reporting elements in this area include:

ROOF
Roof coverings, roof drainage systems, skylights, chimneys, roof penetrations, flashings, signs of leaks or abnormal condensation.

EXTERIOR ELEMENTS
Wall cladding, flashings, trim, windows, doors, decks, balconies, stoops, steps, areaways, porches, railings, eaves, soffits, facias, vegetation, grading, drainage, driveways, patios, walkways, and retaining walls affecting the building.
